As with nearly all I make, I intended this pendant to be both dramatic and understated at the same time. The outer portion of the pendant is made of 18K yellow gold and essentially frames what's held by and within the yellow gold portion. The second component is made of 18 karat white gold and plays a very interactive part in the function of this kinetic pendant. On one end is located a 7mm black pearl while on the opposite end is a bezel set cabochon cut amethyst. The central interactive white gold element can be rotated at will to provide distinct potential options. This gold pendant and/or any one of it's particular parts could be made of different versions and/or colors of gold as well as platinum or palladium as potential white metals. I'm also able to use other stones when making a pendant of similar nature.
