Platinum Engagement Ring by Keith Farley

This page presents five views of a platinum engagement ring in which I channel set a .71 carat radiant cut diamond, although a ring bearing much the same character could be made using a somewhat smaller or larger stone or a princess cut diamond. This ring exposes a broad area around the stone with a relatively similar appearance to a ring with a tension set diamond. ***Please note that a ring of similar character could also be made of white or yellow gold.

When inquiring about this ring, please make reference to jlngpt68 and provide a general idea regarding the finger size. The telephone number and tab to initiate an email are located at the top of the page. Otherwise, the email address is farley@artwork-inform.com

The customer asked that a texture be applied to much of the ring, particularly in those areas most exposed that would otherwise acquire and show signs of scratches and other results of everyday wear and tear.As you open up the larger photographs of this ring, you'll be better able to see the texture.

While I don't make tension set rings, the resulting appearance of this
platinum engagement ring (and actually nearly all of my engagement rings) shares many similarities. At the same time, it doesn't have the assorted problems associated with tension setting.

tension set rings
