| Seen below is a platinum engagement ring in which a .90 carat round brilliant diamond has been set. The space in which the diamond resides was created so as to maximize the visual impact of the stone. The diamond is channel set, a more secure method of securing it than tension setting provides. ***Similar rings could also be made of gold. While I don't make tension set rings, the resulting appearance of this white gold engagement ring (and actually nearly all of my engagement rings) shares many similarities.
