Contemporary Platinum Engagement Ring by Keith Farley

I was contacted by a gentleman who was searching for someone to help him through the process of making a platinum engagement ring with diamonds. After locating a really nice 1.01 carat diamond, we proceeded through the various processes needed to bring the ring to fruition. This involved exactingly creating a wax model that served as the basis for the ring. I shot photos of the model and presented them for approval. Once approved, I cast the ring using platinum and continued through the series of finishing processes required in advance of setting the stones. Then a final finish before taking pictures of the completed ring to present before shipping it. ***Please note that a similar ring with modifications could be made of white or yellow gold.

When inquiring about this ring, please make reference to jlngpt25 and provide a general idea regarding the finger size and a rough idea of the desired diamond size. While I don't make tension set rings, the resulting appearance of this white gold engagement
ring (and actually nearly all of my engagement rings) shares many similarities. At the same
time, it doesn't have the assorted
problems associated with tension setting.

tension set rings
