White Gold Engagement Ring by Keith Farley |
||||
Seen below are pictures showing a white gold engagement ring in which a round brilliant diamond is set as the center stone. Located directly beneath the diamond is an inverted blue diamond whose culet (the point of the stone) very nearly contacts the culet of the upper diamond. The blue diamond weighs .24 carat. The play of color between the diamonds is VERY striking. ***Please note that a similar ring could also be made of a different metal. When inquiring about this ring, please make reference to jlngau12 and provide a general idea regarding the ring size or sizes. The space around the stone very much dramatizes the diamond, as can be seen in the first photograph. As much as possible, I make this type of ring in the comfort fit style which gives the inner edges slightly rounded profiles. In that there are no sharp edges in contact with the finger, you can be sure that the ring will be comfortable to wear. While I don't make tension set rings, the resulting appearance of this white gold engagement ring (and actually nearly all of my engagement rings) shares many similarities. At the same time, it doesn't have the assorted problems associated with tension setting. Please click here to see why I no longer make tension set rings |
