The Tahitian black pearl has become reasonably popular during the past several years. It has a generally black-green appearance and often carries with it a counterpart color, which is largely responsible for making the appearance of this variety of pearl so dynamic.
In this case, the major additional color leans into the reds, which can be seen more in the center of the pearl. The essentially green color combined with the more or less raspberry red are quite wonderful.
